United  Insurers Federal Credit Union is a now not-for-profit monetary co-operative owned and controlled by using its participants. We provide savings and low-priced loans. Like many monetary institutions, we are regulated through the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority. Savers’ deposits are fully covered via the Financial Services Compensation Scheme

United Insurers Federal Credit Union was set up in 1998 and has grown such that adult Membership now exceeds 200,000 with 110,000 junior contributors . We are looking after contributors’ savings in excess of $145m and have a mortgage book in excess of $300m. We inspire regular saving and thrift collectively with the availability of loans that are sensibly priced and cheap.

United Insurers Federal Credit Union has community service at its coronary heart and as such we contain volunteers within the strolling of the office, carrying out most of the key functions of the enterprise.
